Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026 · Applies to the Money Chain Android app (com.gcg.moneychain)

In short: Money Chain has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your game progress stays on your device. The only data leaving your device is what Google's advertising and billing services collect to show ads and process purchases, and you can consent to or decline personalized ads where that choice applies.

Who we are

Money Chain is developed and published by Gold Coast Games ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to goldcoastgames@tutamail.com.

Data stored on your device

Game progress — completed levels, star ratings, coin balance, prestige level, owned items, and settings — is saved locally on your device. It is not uploaded to us or anyone else, and it is excluded from Android's cloud backup. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows interstitial and optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect:

  • Your device's advertising ID and general device information
  • Approximate location inferred from your IP address
  • Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

In the European Economic Area, the UK, and other regions with consent requirements, a consent form is shown before any ads load, and you can decline personalized advertising. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads). Google's use of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data.

In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

Coin packs and the Remove Ads upgrade are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Purchase records are managed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

What we don't do

  • No user accounts, and no registration of any kind
  • No analytics SDKs beyond the advertising described above
  • No collection of contacts, photos, files, precise location, or microphone/camera data
  • No selling of personal data

Children

Money Chain is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app in a way that raises a concern, contact us and we will help address it.

Your choices

  • Ads consent:where the consent form applies, you can change your choice from the game's privacy options.
  • Advertising ID: reset or delete it in Android settings.
  • Remove Ads: a one-time purchase disables interstitial ads permanently.
  • Local data:clear the app's storage or uninstall to erase all game data.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change (for example, if new features collect new data), this policy will be updated and the effective date above revised before the change ships.
